RE/MAX of Grand Rapids is proud to announce that, come summer 2018, our clients and agents will be able to enjoy a brand new, state-of-the-art, full-service office facility, already underway in Wyoming, Michigan.

Construction has begun on the impressive, new facility, located in Wyoming at 5651 Byron Center Avenue SW, near Metro Health Hospital. The full-service, 11,000-sq. ft. facility will house offices for 60+ agents — including private and semi-private offices — ideal for both individual agents and teams. As part of a larger, 23,000-sq. ft. development project with seven retail suites on the first floor, the all-new RE/MAX of Grand Rapids Wyoming Office will be a convenient, connected hub of activity for agents, clients, and retail customers alike.

In addition to more than 60 RE/MAX agent offices, the new Wyoming facility will also include collaborative spaces, a large event and education facility, drop stations and private phone booths for mobile agents, as well as a full kitchen and café. The facility will also include offices for complimenting service providers like mortgage, title, and insurance agencies, creating a connected and cohesive space that offers the full realm of real estate services under one roof.
